Attention! Don't heat liquids or food directly in the mug—it can damage the coating.

Disclaimer: The Enamel Mug is susceptible to staining when used with certain beverages, including coffee, tea, and natural juices. That’s a normal characteristic of enamel products and not specific to our mug alone. Due to the enamel’s rough and porous surface texture, particles from these drinks may easily adhere to the mug, resulting in stains over time. Stains can be effectively removed by applying lemon juice or soda to the affected area and gently scrubbing with a hard sponge.

Many of our 5R apparel products are made to order. Products typically require 2–4 business days for production and preparation before shipping.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier. Shipping charges, when applicable, are displayed at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your 5R gear!

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible unworn, unwashed items in new condition within 30 days of delivery.

Because many of our products are made to order, some print-on-demand items may qualify for replacement rather than return.

Received something damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right at no additional cost.

For size exchanges or changes of preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Personalized items, worn or washed apparel, and final-sale merchandise are not eligible for standard returns.
