5R Outfitters Return Policy

We want you to love your 5R gear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges (Within 30 Days)

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • In new condition

  • Free of stains, makeup, deodorant marks, or odors

  • With tags still attached (if applicable)

Made-to-order and print-on-demand items may qualify for replacement rather than return. See below for details.


Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will replace it at no cost.
Please include:

  • Order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the item


Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, or customization reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Worn or washed apparel

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Stickers, drinkware that has been used, and opened accessories


Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges or change-of-mind returns.

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, 5R covers the replacement or refund.


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
