Orders & Processing
How long does it take to process my order?
Most 5R items are made-to-order and typically take 2–5 business days to be printed, embroidered, or prepared before shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we may be able to update or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible at support@5routfitters.com.
What if I received the wrong item or something arrived damaged?
Email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll replace it at no cost.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes:

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States. International shipping may be added soon!
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can check your order status anytime.
Sizing & Fit
How do I know what size to order?
All apparel listings include size charts. Because many items are made-to-order, we recommend checking measurements carefully before placing an order.
Do your hoodies run true to size?
Some styles run slightly small. If that applies, a fit note will be included in the product description recommending you size up.
Do youth items run slightly sheer?
Certain youth tees may appear slightly sheer in lighter colors due to fabric properties. This will always be noted in the description.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers cover return shipping for size or preference changes.
We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes! Email us and we will walk you through the exchange process.
Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other secure options available at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted and processed through Shopify’s secure checkout system.
Gifts & Packaging
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes! We do not include pricing inside packages. You can ship directly to the recipient.
Do you offer gift cards?
Gift cards will be available soon!
Product Care
How do I care for my 5R apparel?
For best results:

Tumble dry low or hang dry

Do not iron directly on printed or embroidered designs
Are travel mugs dishwasher safe?
Most 5R mugs are dishwasher safe. Stainless steel tumblers should be hand-washed only to preserve the finish.
